This is very common, and it's very fixable!

You need time away from working in your life to work on your life.
You probably set to-do lists all the time but until you take focused time away from all distractions to design your life with clarity you will always be reactive

It's very difficult to do this on your own.
It's like being an actor and a director at the same time, and you're new at both. It's like going to the gym for the first time but you're also going to train a friend that day.
Doing this in a guided format means I bring the workshop and all you have to do is focus on is doing the activity

If you do this alone you will run into two problems:
You will set way too many goal or you won't push yourself. Then you will rationalize all the reasons why these are ok
If you do it in a group you will have people to answer to throughout the year. If you boast about how much you're going to do then flop, you're going to be embarrassed. If you sandbag about your goals, you're going to see everyone else kick your ass.
The group setting creates social accountability.

Probably not. I don't see much benefit from recording this 6 hour workshop and I don't think anyone would ever rewatch it

Goal setting and life design is not a pass/fail activity, it's more like the gym. You get better at it by doing it each year, you do it right if you go through the reps with enthusiasm.

Our goal is to plan the next 365 days / 8,760 hours of your life with extreme clarity and we are only allocating 6 hours for this. 6 hours is barely enough time
Sure, as long as you're together for the event I highly encourage you to bring your partner.
After you sign up you will receive a link that allows you one login, so will have be together to do this but I think that's the best way anyway.
